We are pleased to have advised Endeavour Group on the successful approval of its application to vary the boundaries and trading conditions of Liquor Legends Ashfield Mall’s dormant packaged liquor licence. The approval will enable the licence to be transferred to Endeavour Group for operation as a Dan Murphy’s.
NSW Liquor & Gaming approved the application undersections 72I and 90B of the Liquor Act 2007, permitting the licensed area to increase from approximately 200m² to 900m² and trading to commence from 9:00am.
In determining the application, NSW Liquor & Gaming was satisfied that the approval was consistent with the objects of the Liquor Act 2007 and would not be detrimental to the wellbeing of the local or broader community.
