Billy the Pig Bondi Junction

We are pleased to have successfully secured approval for a change of boundaries for our client, Scentre Group, at their venue Billy the Pig alongside Westfield Bondi Junction.

In addition, the approved change of boundaries now aligns the licensed area of the Hotel with the existing development consent. This will enable a new operator to utilise the redevelopment of the Centre and in particular, this tenancy in its prominent location.
