We are pleased to have once again supported Endeavour Group in securing a packaged liquor licence (PLL), this time for a new BWS store at the Calderwood Valley Village Centre.
Located on Escarpment Drive in Calderwood, the new BWS store will form part of a $50 million neighbourhood centre featuring a Woolworths supermarket, childcare, medical services, and over 20 specialty retailers. Given the area’s growth and lack of existing liquor outlets, the application was supported by strong socio-economic data and a Statement of Risks and Potential Effects demonstrating the benefits of increased access and consumer choice.
