BWS Fairfield

We are pleased to have assisted Endeavour Group with dual applications relating to BWS Fairfield, supporting a strategic decision to relocate the licence for future use.

The relocation required a change of boundaries application to be lodged concurrently with a removal application, enabling the licence to be transferred to a new premises in Cabramatta and held in a dormant capacity. As a result,the licence now applies to a dedicated 1sqm area at the Cabramatta premises, preserving Endeavour Group’s ability to efficiently redeploy the licence to a new site in the future through further change of boundaries and removal applications.
