We are pleased to have worked with Christie’s Seafood in late 2025 to secure the approval of a new on-premises (restaurant) licence in time for summer trade. Christie’s Seafood is one of a number of existing iconic restaurant and retail operators we have assisted to either transfer from the old Sydney Fish Markets to the new complex, ensuring seamless transition of their existing licensed operation into their brand new site.

Entering its fifth month since opening, the new Sydney Fish Market has immediately established itself as a staple of the city’s seafood-oriented retail and hospitality, with many previous traditional operators at the old Sydney Fish Markets reinvigorating their businesses to take residence in the new complex.

Having long boasted a premium black label seafood offering for both retail and dining, Christie’s Seafood provides a specialty live seafood restaurant menu at Christie’s Kitchen. The recent approval of the on-premises licence ensures versatility and breadth in their restaurant’s menu, in line with their reputation for premier seafood.
