BSV Liquor and Gaming Lawyers are recently assisted our long-standing client, Endeavour Group, in securing the grant of a packaged liquor licence for a new Dan Murphy's store at 488 Old Northern Road, Dural.
The approval forms part of a significant new shopping centre development that will transform the site into a major retail and community destination for Sydney's north-west.
The purpose-built centre will be anchored by Woolworths and Aldi supermarkets and will also feature a food court, medical centre, gym, and approximately 30 specialty retail tenancies. With off-street parking for more than 500 vehicles and extensive landscaping, the development has been thoughtfully designed to create a vibrant, accessible, and contemporary retail precinct.
