We are very pleased to have received approval for a Dan Murphy’s branded bottleshop at Avalon Beach. The store will be located within a new mixed-use shopping centre, forming part of a redevelopment that will replace the existing retail precinct at 1-3 Careel Head Road.
The new bottleshop will adopt a boutique, high-end format aligned with “The Cellar by Dan Murphy’s” concept, with a focus on catering to wine enthusiasts and offering a curated selection of premium wines for discovery and experience.
The new licence permits the retail sale and supply of liquor in sealed containers for consumption away from the premises, with tastings permitted on-site in accordance with the licence conditions.
