Grill Americano, part of the Lucas Restaurants group is a Melbourne institution renowned for its relaxed sophistication and outstanding service, is bringing another dining experience to Sydney and is set up to offer Italian culinary excellence with a refined yet inviting atmosphere.
A PSA enables Grill Americano to serve alcohol without the requirement of patrons to consume a genuine meal, allowing guests to enjoy the selection of home-grown wines and innovative cocktails in a more flexible and social setting. This aligns with contemporary hospitality trends, catering to Sydney’s dynamic dining culture.
The approval comes at a pivotal time for the Chifley Precinct, with the construction of Chifley South Tower set to expand the area’s commercial and retail footprint. Once completed, the precinct will accommodate over 8,000 jobs and provide a thriving hub for hospitality and business. Grill Americano’s new licence positions it perfectly to meet the increased demand from the city’s financial and tourist district.
