Katsugyu Chatswood

We are very pleased to have advised Katsugyu on the establishment of its second Sydney venue, with an on-premises restaurant liquor licence obtained for its new premises at 45 Victor Street, Chatswood.The 90-seat restaurant brings Katsugyu’s Kyoto-style gyukatsu to the heart of Chatswood, providing the business with an opportunity to build on the success of its existing Sydney operation. The grant of the liquor licence forms an important part of the venue’s establishment and ongoing operations.We recognise Katsugyu as it continues its expansion in Sydney and look forward to seeing the Chatswood venue develop as part of the brand’s growing presence in the market.
