Manon Tea Room Pty Ltd

We are very pleased to have assisted our client Manon Tea Room Pty Ltd with the successful application of an on-premises (restaurant) licence, endorsed with a Primary Service Authorisation for their new venue located within Chatswood Chase Shopping Centre. This authorisation permits the service of liquor to patrons without the requirement that they consume a genuine meal or attend a function, occasion, or event, provided that the primary purpose of the Restaurant remains the sale and/or supply of liquor for consumption in association with patrons enjoying a genuine meal.

This venue will form part of the Grand Pacific Group’s extensive portfolio of function destinations, which includes The Tea Room QVB, Gunners' Barracks, and Sergeants' Mess. This exciting new restaurant promises a sophisticated European dining experience, showcasing high tea and bespoke gourmet cuisine, all within an exquisitely decorated and elegantly appointed setting.
