Mordeo Sydney

A new licence for Mordeo Sydney

Mordeo Sydney

Sydney’s beloved CBD mediterranean eatery is back, in a new location and with a new licence. Mordeo Sydney has received approval for a new on-premises (restaurant & catering service) licence endorsed with a takeaway sales authorisation (TSA), primary service authorisation (PSA) and sale on other premises authorisation (SOOPA). These endorsements allow for high flexibility in the restaurant’s offering, allowing, for example, alcohol to be served to patrons who may be attending Mordeo as restaurant patrons but may not wish to eat.

Additionally, the SOOPA permits the restaurant to serve liquor at off-premises functions it caters, and the TSA permits small quantities of liquor to be sold for takeaway, provided it is sold alongside a genuine takeaway meal. The broad capabilities given to the restaurant by its several authorisations promises an exciting, multi-faceted dining experience in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.
