We are pleased to share that we have successfully obtained an on-premises (restaurant) licence for Pizza Studio Tamaki, a new venue set to open on 16 May 2026 in Sydney’s CBD.
This highly anticipated opening brings the award-winning pizza, originally founded by Chef Tamaki in Tokyo, to the Sydney dining scene. Renowned for its detail-oriented approach, Pizza Studio Tamaki has developed a strong international following, with established locations across Japan, as well as in Singapore, Thailand, New York, and the Philippines, now adding Sydney as its newest destination.
The approved licence also permits outdoor dining, providing greater flexibility for the venue and enabling guests to enjoy Chef Tamaki’s distinctive offering in an open, vibrant CBD setting that complements the restaurant’s experiential dining style.
