We are happy to have assisted S Mart in their change of boundary application which allows them to expand the liquor sales in their supermarket.
We congratulate S Mart on their successful change of boundary application. Located in Rowe Street, Eastwood in a mixed-use building that houses residential apartments above two floors of retail shopping. This Application was required to relocate the licence from the Underground Floor to the Ground Floor in the Retail Centre, increasing the licensed area from 350 sqm to 900 sqm and expanding the liquor sales area from 6 sqm to 27.8 sqm. The mixed-use nature of the premises required careful consideration of surrounding amenities, articulated in the Statement of Risks and Potential Effects (SoRPE).
