We are pleased to have again assisted Coronation Properties group in their successful application for the grant of an on-premises licence at the former St Andrew’s Church site located within part of the 8 Phillip Street Parramatta project.
This licence is endorsed with several authorisations, such as a Primary Service Authorisation (PSA), an Extended Trading Authorisation (ETA) and a Takeway Sales Authorisation (TSA) that licence significantly broadens the trading capabilities for St Andrew’s Church, offering a varied and curated dining, beverage and hospitality experience for their customers to enjoy.
