We have assisted S’WICH in securing a PSA for their newest venue in Wunderlich Lane.
We are pleased to have assisted the team behind S’WICH in securing a Primary Service Authorisation (PSA) for their newest venue, located within the vibrant Wunderlich Lane precinct at Surry Hills Village.
Part of a new lifestyle precinct at the intersection of Redfern and Surry Hills, Wunderlich Lane is set to become a hospitality and retail destination, featuring restaurants, boutique retail, a luxury hotel and more. The new S’WICH venue builds on the success of its Bondi counterpart, bringing the brand’s signature food-first focus to a 52-patron restaurant at the heart of the precinct.
The PSA accompanies an on-premises liquor licence, permitting the service of alcohol without a meal. This allows greater flexibility to cater for events and functions, while the venue’s primary purpose remains focused on quality dining. With robust operational plans in place, the application was approved by the NSW Independent Liquor & Gaming Authority, which acknowledged the venue’s alignment with community expectations and its contribution to the local hospitality scene.
Congratulations to the team at S’WICH on this exciting milestone and we look forward to seeing the Redfern venue thrive. To find out more about S’WICH, you can click here.
