We are pleased to have assisted The Cannery in their application secure an Interim Restaurant Authorisation (IRA) for their Rosebery based community cultural hotspot.
An IRA is available when the consultation process occurs during the Development Application (DA) process, and includes a notification of an intention to serve and sell liquor. Applicants seeking the grant of an on-premises (restaurant) licence or a small bar licence may be issued with an interim authorisation upon lodging their application with NSW Liquor and Gaming (NSWL&G), provided certain conditions are met.
